Supported institutions
We support wire deposits from the vast majority of US banking institutions.
These include JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Capital One, PNC Bank, Navy Federal Credit Union and most other banks.
Unsupported institutions
Our payment processor Circle requires that wires come from an account in your name. Unfortunately, if your institution happens to send wires via an intermediary bank, this information is obfuscated.
Examples of such unsupported bank accounts are brokerage and investment accounts (like Fidelity, Robinhood), accounts that leverage third party payment processors, accounts with money transfer services, and challenger banks without their own banking license (like SoFi, Wise, Mercury and Brex).
